Open position: Sales Manager
– for emerging solar test equipment manufacturer, Odense
Are you a self-motivating, structured and energetic Sales Manager, who can execute on an international sales strategy? And do you thrive by building up a performing reseller network? Then you might be that results driven Sales Manager that we are looking for!
EmaZys is a well-recognized and emerging company within the Solar Energy Industry.
With the patented and technology leading photovoltaic testing equipment our customers can quickly detect, localize, and diagnose faults in strings of solar panels thereby continuously maximizing the performance of the assets. With the new ownership group an aggressive international growth strategy is set to become a market leading company within its niche, and therefore you must expect +80 travelling days/year.
Build reseller network and develop existing customer base
As a Sales Manager you will be a great communicator and able to take the lead on delivering excellence in sales and customer services as well as high standards to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your customers and target groups are Solar Operation & Maintenance companies, EPC companies (Engineering/Procurement/Construction) and Utility companies as well as installers. Among others your key tasks will be:
- Plan, prepare and execute sales strategy and reach sales targets
- Build a performing reseller network
- Support and develop existing customer base
- Central figure on fairs, hereunder prepare meetings and follow up
- Ongoing forecasting and pipeline management

Strong Communicator and a good listener
You probably hold a degree as an engineer, HD/ Cand. merc. However most important is experience in the field of B-to-B sales of technical products and that you can document strong results from international reseller setup. You are focused on creating results and can build up long term relations as well as closing orders. As a person you are a strong communicator and a good listener, and you like to experience export markets and find energy in travelling and building customer relations. Finally, you are fluent in English and able to communicate in German.
